SUMMARY: For a xxxx model year this is a nice coach. She appears to have been well cared for. Clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is fairly clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit living area dining area partial bathroom and bedroom showing only medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring in kitchen appears to be in good condition. Vinyl flooring in partial bath also appears to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly and look good. Counter tops appears to be in good condition. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield does have some stone chips on driver side. All other windows are good. TIRES: Right Front Right Intermediate Right Rear Left Front Left Intermediate Left Rear are all xxxx Michelins with good tread some cracks. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range oven microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radios television rear view camera and monitor hydraulic leveling jacks lights & markers and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up in this coach.
