Staff Accountant - Operations A well established, international agricultrual firm with operations in the Santa Barbara county is seeking a qualified Staff Accountant for their operations in the Santa Maria area.& The Staff Accountant will report to the Controller and support the management in the Santa Maria area make sound financial and operational decisions by providing timely, accurate and meaningful financial information. The Staff Accountant's main responsibilities will include providing financial statements, prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset ledger, depreciation entries, review of payroll, A/P information, internal financial reporting and other ad hoc duties in accounting/finance as required. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance • Minimum of 3 years' experience • Strong General Ledger skills • Advanced Excel Skills • Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish languages is a plus
