REAL ESTATE LICENSE - CA is looking for qualified Brokers / Agents to become Real Estate Certification Instructors. We have positions throughout select markets in California. This is both an excellent second income and recruiting opportunity. Must be someone who enjoys teaching and being in front of a classroom environment. The course is short (six weeks in duration) held either Tuesday/Wednesday nights (6:00 PM to 9:45 PM) or a Saturday day class (from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM), really fun, easy going and injected with our Instructors 'real life' Real Estate experiences throughout the material. You will be required to lecture live from the Principles book while our students use 'home study' for the Practice and Finance books (for which Study Guides are provided). Instructors are paid between $150 - $200 per student plus have an excellent opportunity to recruit students who go on to pass the State test back into your Brokerage.
Qualifications...
*YOU MUST HOLD A VALID R/E LICENSE and a FOUR year DEGREE with TWO years R/E EXPERIENCE or a TWO year DEGREE with SIX years R/E EXPERIENCE and a OFFICE / MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOM to CONDUCT CLASS. Instructors are classified as independent contractors (xxxx Misc.).
